  • Can we shop in person?
    We are now open for in-person shopping at Otay Ranch Town Center in East Chula Vista. Our address is 2015 Birch Road Suite 903, Chula Vista CA 91915. We're located right near Novo Brazil and across from the Apple store.
  • How often do you restock?
    We stock weekly and will post sneak peeks of the restocks on our Instastories.
  • Can I request a specific plant?
    We cannot guarantee a specific plant since we don't know what we'll come across when we visit our suppliers. 
  • II just ordered, when can I pick up? 
    Please allow up to 24 hours to have your plant ready. You will receive an email or text when the plant is ready for pickup.
  • I'm new to plants, can you help me?
    We would love to help! If you are unfamiliar with indoor plants, contact us and we'd be happy to consult what works best for you, your lifestyle and living environment.
  • What is your plant warranty?
    We do not have a plant warranty and our store policy is that all sales are final. Our plants are hand selected and guarantee they are healthy to the best of our knowledge. However, if any issues arise with your plant within 72 hours of purchase, please let us know. We'll do our best to assist you.
